Industry context
Food and beverage plants run high volumes with frequent SKU changes and seasonal peaks. Filling and processing equipment is usually modern; the bottleneck is more often at the end of the line, where cases are still packed, inspected and palletized by hand.
We work in dry and wet areas, from bottling and canning to bakery and dairy, designing around washdown requirements, product safety and short planned stops.

Common challenges
Manual palletizing limiting line output and creating ergonomic risk on heavy, repetitive lifts.
Labelling and code errors that trigger recalls or retailer penalties.
SKU proliferation — more pallet patterns, more changeovers, less time to do them.
Seasonal peaks that the current crew cannot absorb.

Standards & considerations
Hygienic design: stainless steel or coated frames, IP65+ components in washdown areas, no horizontal ledges above product.
Foreign-body risk: no loose fasteners above open product; documented tool and part control during installation.
Installation windows aligned to planned cleaning or maintenance stops.
Pallet stability and load-securing requirements from the warehouse and haulier.
